Vorboss is the UK’s only dedicated enterprise fibre network focusing on providing connectivity to London’s businesses. It offers high-speed connectivity of 10Gbps and 100Gbps as standard, delivered via its over 600km of fibre across London. Acquisitions of Optimity, 40fi and Layer8 have expanded its services to include IT support, cybersecurity and managed connectivity. This diversification enhances Vorboss’ ability to meet complex enterprise needs while reinforcing its reputation for innovation.
In late 2022, Fern added Elivia Homes to the Group, and Elivia has scaled rapidly since then. Elivia is an established house builder, developing mid-market family homes in London commuter towns and villages and now expanding to East Sussex and Kent. Fern will be supporting Elivia’s business plan to deliver 600 homes per year, including high quality affordable homes.
Rangeford Villages builds accommodation exclusively for the over 60s and operates the villages on behalf of its residents.
